  What is Space and Data of Mexico?
It is an online tool that INEGI makes available to users who demand the use, interpretation, consultation and exploitation of national statistical and geographical information, enriched with indicators from Censuses, Surveys and Administrative Records, as well as the National Housing Inventory (INV), the National Statistical Directory of Economic Units (DENUE) and the Census of Schools, Teachers and Students of Basic and Special Education (CEMABE), among others.
  What is Space and Data of Mexico for?
To promote and facilitate the interpretation of geographical and statistical information, and thereby to contribute to the knowledge and study of the socio-economic-demographic characteristics of the national territory.
  Where can I find information on the educational level of the population?
1. Click the Indicators button on the toolbar located on the left side of the map.
2. Click on + Education
3. Click on + Educational characteristics of the population
4. Select the indicator of interest to display the thematic map according to the chosen variable.
  What is the "Additional layers" option in the toolbar located on the left side of the map?
It makes it possible to add layers of information that you have access to from your computer. You can add layers in KML or KMZ, CSV and SHP format, as well as WMS service URLs. For each format, there is an example file that is available to download by clicking on the respective button
  Can I download data from the different types of climates that exist in the country?
Yes, in order to do that:
1. Click on the Mapoteca button on the toolbar located on the left side of the map.
2. Click on the + Maps in the Topic Section.
3. Select Climatology..
4. Click on the button..
5. Download the information of interest.
  How to know how many people inhabit my locality?
1. Enter the name of your locality in the space located in the upper left and click on the Search button..
2. Locate the Layers tab..
3. Expand the Locality group and select the option that corresponds to the desired location.
4. Click on the Population tab of the newly displayed box to see on a graph the data of your interest.
  What information is available for download?
According on the level of approach, the following vector layers are available:
1. State
2. Municipal
3. Localities
4. Blocks
5. Roads
6. House numbers
7. Rural areas not divided into pre-defined blocks
8. Green areas / parks
9. Water streams
10. Bodies of water
11. Dams
12. Cultural zones
